The building sites can be
claimed by any Greek or Foreigner, by stating their interest
in accepting the grant through the corresponding "FORM
OF EXPRESSING INTEREST" ‘that can be found in the website
www.houseingreece.gr.
After sending their applications, the interested parties
will be notified through e-mail as to when they should
come to our office so as to draw up the
notarial deeds for accepting the grant.
Whoever becomes
the owner of a building site, will be committed to starting
the procedures for the building permit of the residence
within a period of 6 months. Each residence will be identical
to the model that has already been decided upon and is
on the website www.houseingreece.gr.
All houses will be made exclusively of stone and Scandinavian
wood certified by ISO. The purchase cost of the houses
has been
kept low due to the agreement that was reached about supplying
a great number of houses. The final cost will depend on
the layout of the rooms of each house.
The study on the cost for the installation of solar collectors
as well as their dynamic placing for more effective solar
energy production will burden the owners of the houses.
The owners will also be burdened by the cost of the identical
layout of the exterior areas of each house.
The exclusive management of the project will be undertaken
by the company ‘Houses in Greece’, which has also designed
the whole project.
